Pat has been AMAZING! He is so THOROUGH and takes his time looking at things I would never think to look at. He checks every window and outlet, gets in the attic, crawl space and will always stop to answer questions along the way. As I am buying my first home, he has made me feel so confident and has inspected two homes for me over the las few weeks. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection completed. I am forever grateful that Arthur(Pat) Patterson, of ATD Real Estate Inspection Services. His extremely thorough detailed inspection of first property he inspected for me, stopped me from purchasing what would have been a disastrous money pit. Fortunately, another property became available, and I called Pat the following day. His prompt, thorough inspection, followed by his detailed report, was in my hands within 24 hours. Our real estate lady recommended Pat Patterson, to do our home inspection, due to the satisfaction of other clients. Pat was incredible to work with, extremely friendly, personable, and just great to work with. Pat's inspection goes beyond what most inspectors do, giving us a very thorough inspection of our new home.
